Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and of sandboxes created through the Accordly Portal. Production access is governed by a separate agreement and is not granted by these terms.

Sandboxes

• A sandbox runs on the staging environment of an engine. It is not production.
• Sandboxes are for test data only. Do not use real personal or financial data.
• Sandboxes may be reset, rate-limited, suspended or removed at any time without notice.
• No availability, durability or support commitment is made for sandboxes.
• API secrets are shown once. You are responsible for keeping them confidential.

Production access

Production access is by waitlist only. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on either side. If production access is offered, it will be under a separate written agreement that sets out service terms, fees and support.

Acceptable use

The acceptable-use policy forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

ACCORDLY is a registered trade mark in the United Kingdom (UK00004212742). The content of this site may not be reproduced without permission except for fair quotation.

No warranty; liability

This site and all sandboxes are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from use of sandboxes or of this site.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date above shows the current version.
