Who we are
This notice is issued by Accordly (“we”). It covers this website, accordlygroup.com, and the Accordly Portal at app.accordlygroup.com.
This website
This website is static. It sets no cookies and shows no consent banner because none is needed.
Traffic is measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals across sites. Cloudflare also serves the site and sees the IP address of each request as part of delivering it.
Every action on this site (sandbox, waitlist, sign-in) is a link to the Portal. This site collects no form data.
The Portal
The Portal at app.accordlygroup.com uses Clerk for authentication. Clerk sets session cookies on that domain and processes your sign-in details as a processor hosted in the United States.
When you create an organisation and a sandbox, the Portal stores your account, organisation, sandbox metadata and waitlist entries. Engine data (bookings, journal entries) lives in AWS in the eu-west-2 (London) region.

- Cloudflare: hosting and cookie-free analytics for this site.
- Vercel: hosting for the Portal.
- Clerk: authentication for the Portal (United States).
- Amazon Web Services, eu-west-2 (London): engine databases and write-once anchor storage.
- Resend: transactional email from the Portal.
- Upstash: rate limiting for the Portal.
What we ask you not to send
Sandboxes are for test data. Do not put real personal or financial data into a sandbox; see the acceptable-use policy.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to legal retention. Contact us through the channels on the contact page.
Changes
We will update this notice when our processing changes and revise the date above.
